Pea size lump on my vagina

I have a pea sized lump right past my inner lips directly on my vaginal opening. It is sort of cone shaped, protruding, and fleshy. It doesn't look like a pimple, because there is no head. It also doesn't look anything like genital warts or herpes, and I've been screen for STD's recently(I came up clear). It doesn't hurt much when I put pressure on it, but I haven't touched it much. I discovered it today when I wiped after urinating, and noticed that I was spotting blood, lightly. I'm on the pill so I know the my period is not for at least another week. I am 19 years old, and have been having sex almost daily with my boyfriend for about a year. It has never been uncomfortable or painful. Lately it has been rather painful upon the insertion of his penis, even when I am fully aroused.
