it appeared overnight a few days ago. it hurts when bumped or rubbed against. i doubt it is a zit because it is quite large. i soaked it in hot water just in case. when i tried to pop it, it seemed that blood was rising to the top and i stopped squezing.
it has a central mass, like a large pimple would, that is flat on the bottom and rounded at the top.
my initial guesses are a wart or a zit.
i have never been sexually active so i'm at a loss.

I have round zit like lumps under my scrotum, they were one become two and now now three on my scortum... the one on the scrotum i squeezed it, and white material came out... plzz tell me what this is...... i ve been worried for sooo long

Any lump not directly related to testicles isn't an occasion for big concerns. However, testicle problems are very sensitive for men, so if the problem does not go on its own in a week, you must see a doctor.
