Hello. I am 15 yrs old. I am a virgin and havent even kissed a girl. I noticed that one day m penis was feeling a bit of a burning sensation, but wasn't really a bother. I went to check and i saw some clear-ish white-ish liquid was there. It smelled like semem (fishy) so I don't know if it was. I stretched back my skin and saw there was a red looking circle (iguess) that was only around the area where the pee comes out and where the sperm comes out.
Does anyone know what it is? It can't be a STD because I hadn't had sex.

As you are a virgin then we can rule out std straight away. There are a number of things it could be. You may have picked up a urinary tract infection or have candida. Both are quite eay to fix. I would recommend just going down and seeing a doctor if symptoms are that bad.
