Hi can you please advise me on an irritation prblem I have with my 'mans best freind'? It has small red dot shapes on ihe head and has some redness. It's not really itchy but is a lettle 'tingly'? but I think that's beacause I'm consious of it. It been a few weeks, went away but now has returned when I showered this morning. I had some mutual masterbation some two months back with some unprotected oral. But lately I've been masterbating heavily sometimes quite rough and was wondering if it's just friction burns or a reation to lube or lotions that I apply sometimes. I suffer from general skin iritatation generally which I think is dairy related? PLease help. Many thanks
