So i have recently had unprotected sex with two different women, one about a month ago and the other a week ago. not something i usually do but anyways, the first girl has told me she has no stds, penis was unusually sore after encounter( for about a week). After the second girl the aching returned and a few days later(4 days ago) i noticed a few small red bumps on the head of my penis, they are not clustered, not sore to touch, no discharge, and they have subsided slightly. I have looked at alot of herpes pics and doesnt seem to match but the soreness is still there...have read about yeast infections balanitis, fungal etc nothing seems like an exact match. it doesnt burn when i pee but it does feel like a burning sensation at times....really freaked out cant stop worrying about it..going to get a clinic soon as possible but itlle be a while... can anybody help?

You do not have all of the symptoms of yeast infection (thrush) or balanitis, but not all symptoms are present in every case, and a fungal infection is a good possibility. You may also just have some irritation; this could cause the rash as well as the burning sensation. If it is a fungal infection, over-the-counter medications like Monistat (used for treating female yeast infection) should help, but you absolutely should see a doctor and abstain from sex until you get a firm diagnosis. In the meantime, you might also try a penis vitamin crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) to soothe the irritation and help restore the skin to its natural condition. Good luck, Alex, PhD
