8-| just diagnosed with sacralization of lumbar spine of L5 and S1.What is best treatment?

hi frnd,
to treat a sacralization,our first aim is to bring down the pain and for that start with a good pain killer just for seven days like ibuprofen etc. and start the physiotherapy programme,in that comes short wave diathermy daily for 15 minutes,followed by ultrasonic therapy(8 min) and then interferential current(15 min),this will do a magic,jst try....
then after 3 days start free exercise programme...which has 2 b maintained and progressed as per d case and feedback frm patient...
