As long as your sister taking her medication right I am sure that she will be ok. Also, if she is monitored by her doctor then you have nothing to be worried about. You did not tell me what was your sister diagnosed with and for what condition she is taking this drug. I will give you some basic information about it. Sal tropine is a brand name of atropine. Atropine is used to treat the rigidity, tremor, excessive salivation, and sweating caused by Parkinson's disease and it produces many effects in the body. It produces relief from spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, the bladder, and the biliary tract. This medication is also helpful in controlling conditions such as colitis, spastic bladder, diverticulitis, infant colic, renal and biliary colic, peptic ulcer and irritable bowel syndrome. Make sure that your sister avoids becoming overheated in hot weather because atropine increases the risk of heat stroke because it causes decreased sweating. Possible side effects of this drug are an allergic reaction, eye pain, rash, flushing, irregular heart beat.
