I've been on the ring for two maybe three years, just three to four months ago I took it out because it was irritating me. I weight 126 then, a perfect weight for me at 5'3. I've gained 15 pounds and can't seem to get away from 140. It's annoying, no matter what I eat, and I work out hard. I am a dancer and dance two to three times a week for at least six hours. I will work out as well, and I have seen no results, except gaining a pound or two. I just started the ring today again, hoping I can drop back down.

But I was reading on how it can make your estrogen levels higher than normal, causing the fat cells to increase in your body. Maybe just a woman thing that synthetic hormones make out of whack!
Either way it is no fun when more than half of my clothes don't fit:(
