Hopefully this helps. I've been taking these, about two a day with meals, maybe three. Along with healthy eating, smaller meals and snacks, etc. as well as working out 4 times a week... They have helped me speed up weight loss. I crave snacks less during the day, which is a minor miracle to me! lol
When I did eat healthy and work out, I just didn't lose weight as effectively as with this added supplement. Hope it helps you out.
