When I was little I really didn't masturbate in the correct way. As a result I got some cuts on the head of my penis that bled. They were right on the rim. Since then, multiple scabs have formed. It has been a few years and they have not fallen off. I have not been sexually active yet at all so it can't be an STD. I also make sure to wash it regularly. I am 21 now and I showed my doctor a few years back. He said to use oil or Vaseline and they should fall off, but that didn't work. I took one off once and it bled for a good while. I don't think it scabbed over, but honestly I forgot where the spot is so I'm not sure. Does anybody know what I should do?
