seeing things that aren't there

Hello, Elyse... What type of things are you seeing?  Are you seeing flashes of light?  Or are you seeing things that are moving in the dark? Do you have any vision problems during the day that are concerning?  I think everyone experiences what you are seeing from time to time.  Since our eyes are not made to really see in the dark like a cat, for instance, we may think we see things that are not there.  Our minds try to make sense of what the eyes are trying to see and it misinterprets the information, making us see things that are not really there.  I wouldn't worry too much about it. 

Does anyone else have experiences like this they would like to share?

I am seeing people standing in my room when it is dark and no I don't have any problems with sight during the day.

Hey when my mother past away I started to see thing I can only use one name to describe it as Melancholy, with when I found out who that was gave me chills up my spine after say so a year I came with this thing in my dream and she told me her story and I felt sorry then when I realized that she really reminded me of my mother, and for months she would not show up I started to have depression then she knows my feelings and came back to me, she wanted to help me it could also not be her but it's someone who's there for me like my mother my parents don't know about this and I will never tell them and she is there to worm me at nights and she came the first time I saw her I was 7 I felt like I was hunted for a year but as I said what happened after one year so try to speak with the person that you see they can't resist not to talk because they feel lonely.
