Approximately, 50 70 mg is in the line (5 7 of on gram). But, you are right, many people do not measure, they just make line and sniff it. This could lead to potential overdose complications. As for sexes, I dont think there is any major difference. I guess that behavior under the drug differs individually so everyone acts differently. As for women, I would not recommend taking any drug while in pregnancy, because it will most definitely affect the baby.
