Simply put mixed cocaine and heroin! Very popular in certain circles, but also very dangerous, because cocaine and heroin have opposite effects. Coke is raising the heartbeat (acts as a stimulant), while the heroin is slowing it down (and whose effect last longer). This mixture can cause a so-called delayed overdose (respiratory depression that can get complicated). You might want to skip speedballs and stick to the coke only.
