I had a baby 4 months ago - my left nipple has been sore for the past two days - I squeezed the nipple in the shower today and it looked like I popped a pimple, a bunch of white puss came out from the center of my nipple it was a long stream and then it started to bleed a little, I have never had this happen and don't know what it is, it is still quite sore- Any help?
