spotting during yeast infection. pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend have been having sex. We always stayed protected. He always used a codndom. He would even pull out before he came inside me. I just recently started to have a yeast infection. I had a burning sensation when i urinated and it burnt throughout the day. I began to use Monistat to cure my yeast infection, it has gone down but when i first took monistat i had minor spotting.. I'm not sure if this could be from the yeast infection or if im possibly pregnant? I'm not sure if im late on my period. I started on the 24th of April and i have still yet to start my period.. I really need advice because im really scared.
