Ok guys I have these small lumps on my sack..they aren't painful but they itch every now and then. They have tiny scabs at the top of the and have hair growing from them..I have a crazy story..about 2 months ago I used some hair removal creme which probably wasn't a good idea for such a sensitive are but anyway I used the creme and left it on too long..my sack literally burned for days! Hahaha. Probably. I'm just shocked you haven't tried to pour bleach down there because you've seen pr0n models bleach their arses. At this point, I'd have a doctor look at it to see that this did not develop into a fungal infection. You might be prescribed an antifungal cream.
