Hello I'm a 14 year old boy and am turning 15 at the end of this month and I've had a problem for 6 months now.The tip of my penis underneath the foreskin feels cold a lot and I have no clue my and it is very dis comfortable especially at school and I'm now fed up with this feeling.Can someone please tell me what the problem is any response would be great thanks.And also another problem that has been annoying me for the same length of time is an odd urge to go to the toilet like diarrhea every now and then which is very frustrating.
