By "not normal" do you mean you have a foreskin? Google it if you have to.
If so, you are normal. Lots of guys do.
The tip of your penis has lots of nerve cells. It will be sensitive. If you have a foreskin it will be VERY sensitive, even painful, at first. Why? Because the skin has protected all those nerve cells. They aren't used to being touched.
