Suspicious infiltrates are things that should not be seen in the lung - but they are unidentified so we don't know what they are.  It could be an artifact on the x-ray (false image).

The apicolordotic view is an x-ray that better images the tops of the lungs - taken at a different angle.  It may help resolve what the suspicious densities are.  You may also need additional testing.

Follow up with your doctor!
