swishing sounds when I move my head and eyes feeling queasy and light headed

I have the symptoms that I am reading about .. swishing sound when I move my head there not have to be walking I can be laying down when I move my eyes not every time but a lot . except I do not have a headache I have a drainage in my throat my head feels light headed and Queasy I have to go to the bathroom alot to urinate and I feel a sense of crying and I have no clue why I'm not a depressed person have never been nor have I ever been diagnosed as depressive. Any help? I have fainted and had a heart cath done but no blockages and did wonderful on my stress test as well as EKG. Weirdess sensation ever plus it puts u down physically....shakey too...
