Dull headache, pressure on brain, light headed, dizzy, irregular heart beat, fatigue, tired, short on breath, sun irritation? And well those are my symptoms I guess. I've been having it for a while now. Not all of them are always happening on, so I don't really know if it's two separate problems or one. The pressure on brain feeling, and irregular heart beat I'd say are the symptoms I've had longest. Of those the dull headache is the most persistent. A very good percentage of the time, when I stand I get dizzy, and occasionally everything starts to go black, all though I've never fainted. The heart thing I've had for a while, it used to be like if I was riding my bike or something my heart would randomly start to feel like it was exploding. I resisted telling my parents because I knew they'd fluff me off. But then when I'm sitting my heart seems to on occasion randomly skip quite a few beats. On one occasion I thought it stopped and I thought I was going to die. So I told them and yes, they said it was part of growing (they agreed to take me to the doctor in a couple of days though) I'm always tired, I can't do anything too athletic without finding myself gasping for air even though I can breath fine (I don't have asthma) When I begin to feel the "pressure on the brain" it feels like (what I would imagine) someone laying my brain on a hard surface and pushing down on it, it's usually very painful. When I have the dull headache I mentioned and I go outside and the suns out (not necessarily bright, even if it's just cloudy) I can hardly open my eyes because the light hurts very badly. Usually I'm aware the light isn't bright at all, but I can hardly manage squinting. I'm lightheaded quite often and it usually turns into the dull headache I mentioned.
Remember these aren't always happening. Every now and then I'm fine (though I usually have the dull headache and fatigue, and short on breath) The heart thing is seeming random not too frequent, but when it happens it usually happens more than once that day. Oh nearly forgot If I push myself to do something athletic I constantly through up long before I've worn myself out, it's like I can't breath but I'm still breathing fine, at which point I usually get dizzy and barf. Any suggestions?

Oh, nearly forgot, because I don't really know if it's a symptom. But I don't really have that much emotion anymore, I'm not depressed or anything (I think, I mean I'm not sad at least), but everything I do is pretty much because I have nothing better to do. The only thing that really makes me emotional is pain (angry) which is why I posted this. I sort of realize that I don't care too much about all that much. I mean I got bitten by a snake recently (turned out not be poisonous) and I didn't care at all, in fact I fell asleep on the way to ER

Hey, did you ever figure out what was going on with you? I'm experiencing these same symptoms, pretty much. I'm on vacation currently and this randomly started happening and I'm really scared. I've been under a ton of anxiety lately, so it could be that. Idk

Hi, I had those conditions for almost 4 months - with a little breaks. It was really scary. I started exercise a lot - walking (1 hour per day), dancing, yoga. It was very hard initially, because I didn't believe it could help and didn't have enough energy because of dizziness.

Positive thinking helps a lot. It all seems very trivial, but it worked. I feel much better now and carry on with an active lifestyle.

I have similar problems! Many tests completed and all clear via the docs (MRI, Sinus, bloods) etc..

I m now looking at **toxic mould** in the unit i live in. We have a leaking toilet, and leaking toilets and/or pipes can cause these symptoms. Hope this helps guys

Had same issues as all those posted except headaches. Lots of doctors and lots of tests. No help except advice to reduce stress in my life. FINALLY tested for hypoglycemia - classic case - learned to manage eating habits.  At about the same time a nurse practitioner recommended a B-complex vitamin. These two things helped pull me out of it enough to gradually develop a daily walking routine that got my strength back.  When the heart issues come up again it s usually because I've gotten lax in my eating habits.

I have the exact same symptoms. I'm a 27 year old male that has been to many nuerologists, ent's, naturopaths. No one can seem to figure it out. I tried celexa, elimination diet, exercise. nothing is working. Anyone else have any ideas or thoughts?
