I'm glad to hear someone speak of the positive aspects of fentanyl patches. I have severe lifelong pain & have been on EVERY other med the Dr's could think of (which also means withdrawaling from all others) and after having been off of them for almost 3yrs (due to a more across country & change of ins) I'm thrilled to get them back. It's been 4 days now & I'm much more comfortable & thankful. It's what works best for me & my diseases.

If everything has caused you 1/2 the pain and misery you say it has and has affected or impacted your life so much, showing up on time and not missing an appointment to see your Pain Management doctor to help you and treat your severe, high level of pain, should have been an simple task for you? All doctors go through an extreme amount of education and dedicate so many years of there life to there education and 1 of the 1st things they learn to do very well is to see through a patients excuses to properly treat the patient, because its very simple....if they get a patients diagnosis wrong, they can ruin the persons life,or worse and kill them? And for a doctor its nearly impossible to be a good doctor and get patients when your previous patients are'nt alive anymore? Doctors dont argue with potentiol patients....they dont have the time! Just keep that in mind....

I hope you get off fentanyl. It's a bad drug that kills. It should be banned. I was on patch & quit cold turkey cause I was going to die if I didn't. Best of luck to you.
