I used cortisone cream on my inner thighs and shortly thereafter had intercourse. After having sex i cleaned my penis with a personal cleansing wipe. About 10 mintues later the foreskin of my penis was red and swollen. It doesn't hurt but does feel a little bruised. Is this an allergic reaction or something else? This has never happened to me before. I am 33 years old.
