sorry to hear about your accident. At the time did your doctors not discuss with you the possible repercussions of the surgery and offer suggestions? it may be worth getting back to them and asking for a blood work up to confirm the problem and then be referred to a specialist.

check your total and free testosterone levels, LH and FSH.
If your testosterone level is low (below normal range or borderline low)
you will need testosterone replacement therapy.
probably testosterone enanthate ~ 100mg /week + some antiestrogens to control the Testosterone-> estradiol conversion.
Average total testosterone scale is 300-1000 ng/dl so if you are low,
you would probably want to opt your enanthate dosage to get into
700-800 ng/dl range, as your testicle is unable to produce enough testosterone (due to injury or removal or whatever).y
Therefore your LH and FSH will most likely be high or at the top of the range,
because the T level is low and body is unable to produce more.
don't let this confuse you. they will drop down once you start the replacement therapy (in a few weeks) probably.
Few weeks on repl. therapy you should not only feel dramatic improvement in libido and sex drive, but in energy, strenght , stamina and mood as well.
Be sure to do the tests first (testosterone, lh, fsh), and talk to your endo further.

Good luck.
