hi, im 14 years old and i have been having pains in my testicals for the past year or two. I told my mum and she took me to the doctors but everything was fine. Only recently i noticed a lump a bit bigger than a pea above my left testicle. Also sometimes (4 times so far in the space of a few months) i have noticed that my right testical "moves" a certain way so that it is facing vertical instead of horizontal. I am very very worried about this and i would like it if an expert could tell me what the problem is.
