Basicly, I had my implanon removed and put back in on the 25th January. I had sex on that week with my partner with no protection and they pacificly told me not to but if so to use a condom but we didn't stupidly! I know it was stupid...
Last week, I was suffering from headaches, abdominal pain in pelvic area and my ower back.. I still have now... I can feel it like move round from my stomach to my back to my pelvis which is really strange? A strong nausea feeling all morning during the week and felt dizzy but wasn't actually sick.... Both breasts have an odd tenderness feeling.. and constantly feeling windy!
The main symptoms stopped Friday 5th February - but still had abdominal pain in the pelvic and lower back area...
Saturday 6th February - I had thin watery blood spotting... During the night... Constantly feeling the need to urinate.
Sunday 7th February - no sign of blood... Still had crampy feeling... and windyness
Monday 8th February - I can't be on my period as it's to thin watery blood because normal there thicker and heavier... Still feeling abdomial crampy pelvic and lower back pain and windyness and it's as though somethings moving side to side and back and fourth?
Tuesday 9th February - Constantly feeling the need to urinate still thin and watery blood... and back and abdominal pain. Sore gums and the taste of blood..
In the past I had an abortion at the age of 15 as I felt I was too young to have a child in my life... I always thought that because of this I may never be able to get pregnant either? but now I feel ready and don't know what to think and don't want to get my hopes up...
What do you think it could be? Could I be pregnant?
Please HELP ME! Im really scared...

Hi Sabrina! I'm a bit lost, how long was the implanon removed for ? And what dates did you have the unprotected sex?

The implanon was removed and replaced on 25th January and I had unprotected sex on the 28th January.

So the same day!! And I take it that you have had it for awhile! At the beginning the most amount of Progestin is in the 1st year of use and Implanon is considered the MOST effective form of birthcontrol out there! It is 99.95% EFFECTIVE!! Those odds are unbelievable, so I REALLY REALLY doubt that you are pregnant! SO the only way you have any chance of being pregnant is IF there were several days between taking it out and puting a new one in! I think that the symptoms you are having right now are from the NEW implant! Which of course would have MORE hormones in it! So this would cause headaches, nausea, weightgain, and abdominal pain! These go away after awhile! Also know that Implanon is even more effective that Surgical Sterilization!!!!!! So that should put your mind at ease! Like I stated, as long as there were no DAYS between removing and and putting in a new one you are NOT pregnant! Hope that helps put your mind at ease!

What about the fact, that I was told not to have unprotected sex on that week? As they told me that it could un effective from 5 days? Plus I forgot to mention that my implanon had a late removal by 5 months... So I technically could have been pregnant before then.

Well in 1 word!!! "c**p!!!" So you were told not to have unprotected sex but you did?! And they removed it 5 months too late!!!! HOLY COW!!! The one thing I have read about is the fact that it HAS to be removed on time! I didn't read anything about the week, BUT I am also not a doctor! It also says NOT to use if you could be pregnant!!!! You are going to have to go back to the doctors and find out! I have read different things about leaving it for too long and ALL not good! IF you became pregnant from the unprotected sex, and then they placed the Implanon - which creates virtually nothing for the embryo to cling onto, this could be VERY bad! So please go and be seen by your doctor and let me know how you make out OK?
