This morning I went to pee and a quarter size ball of jelly, wiggle, like clearish discharge was on the toilet paper.   Background: I have an IUD.  I don't really have periods anymore.  Maybe a day here and there, all around the same time of the month.  My question is: it's that time for me to start my "period".  Can that be uterus lining without the blood?  There was no smell, no weird colors, no itching.  Mild cramps because though I don't bleed I still cramp and break out around this time.

I've had sex but that was several weeks ago, with my fiancee.  I don't think he has had anything.
