all coffee proceeds went to send a kid to camp via the Tim Hortons Child Foundation. as the manager said "sell some muffins or were aren't going to make any money today" lol.

some kids cut school for volunteer hours (a grad req. now), and we had a blast. (at least i enjoyed the switch working with some students during the daytime).

when i was off at 130, i joined with the remainin' volunteers still kickin' about (considering i hadn't done much work during the day anyways) and we did our best squeegee kids impersonation, and made a solid 150$+ washing windows at a buck a pop :). i had a nice 10 hr day but it was a lot of fun to volunteer at something like that.

people were really good even the ones that paid us a dollar *not* to wash their windows .

i hope our kid has a good time. he (she?) is going to kentucky.

ps. apparently the jack@ss that ordered 8 large black coffees during the middle of our morning rush was an employee of my dads. dad said "it's camp day, who wants a coffee?" and they sent him off...
