So 2 months ago, Wednesday December 14, 2011, I took an ECP and got a heavy period flow the 20th. January 20, exactly a month later, I got my period on time. But now it's late. February 21, no period yet despite the premenstrual symptoms for over a week. Sore and fuller breasts, mild cramping (which seem to have gone away with an occasional twinge), mood swings, irritability, etc.
How many cycles (if haven't had any sexual activity) does it normally take for your cycle to get back to normal after taking ECP?
AND LIKE A DUM-DUM, i thought it was safe to have OUTERCOURSE WITHOUT A CONDOM instead of actually putting it in because i thought as long as there was no penetration, there's no chance. This was on February 3 or 4, about the day of OR day before ovulation.
From another post I had (if you don't mind reading it) I copy-pasted it so you lovely people can help shed some light and provide me with feedback. I'm deathly scared because i didn't take an ECP this time.
Copied and pasted so i don't have to re-type:
"My concern is the probability/ likeliness of becoming pregnant from genital rubbing.
He said that he had ejaculated the day before during alone time, and went to the bathroom a few times after that.
He is an honest guy and he knows lying about such matters does no good for the person.
According to other forums I've read, urination washes out/kills sperm because of its natural acidity.
How many times does the male need to urinate to wash all the sperm out of his urethra?
We used outercourse as a method of birth control. We both had our bottoms off.
Prior to the rubbing (the tip against my vulva, no penetration), I had given him oral for about a minute. Neither of us know if he did have pre-cum. To my understanding, pre-cum can come out any time, not just before ejaculation (which he did not do at all during all this). And of course I'm worried now about it having any left over swimmers from his ejaculation the day before. I don't remember how wet I was. From what I've researched, the more wet the female is, the easier it is for those little swimmers to get up there, even from the outside of the vagina.
I'm worried because it was a day or two before ovulation, and it's been about two weeks since then, and my period is late a couple days even though I've been having premenstrual symptoms for about a week. Sore/ fuller breasts, mild cramping, bloating/ water retention, mood swings, and being super emotional."

This may be a really basic and small reply, But have you thought of visiting your doctor if you haven't already? Because All you do is walk in and ask for a pregnancy test and they provide one for free, no needles, just a urine sample. They'll get back to you within days and then can provide you with solutions if you are pregnant. Or you could go to your local store and get a pregnancy test. These days the more advanced ones can be expensive but The cheap ones As I've found out have proven to be just as good. And as soon as You find out the results, if its positive, visit your doctor straight away.
But this could also be you hormones changing. When I got the implant My body was all over the place, Mood swings, Periods left right and centre, then a full on stop to my periods, but the mood swings continued. So If I were you I'd still visit your doctor because even if it is nothing and just your hormones, It'll cross out one thing that's worrying you and you can relax.
I know it wasn't a lot and I may of not answered all your questions but I hope this helped A little :)

yes it did help a little thank you ^^
i'm worried because of the timing. i don't want to be that 1 in a million person.
and yeah it's difficult to tell what the real cause of all these things happening in my body is.
