took pills after 2 years of not taking.having brown discharges and late periods.pls explain...

hi, i took my pill on the 2nd of october, after two years of not taking pills and with my first menstrual day period was september 30th, i should have already had my period last october the 30th, but has not come yet..

and i have been having brownish disharges for a 4-5 days now,,,what is happening, im not pregnant for sure...or am i? ?
