Sorry, Plan B and the Ipill are both emergency contraceptives. You said she has pains in her lower stomach, cramps or nausea, they're common.

Basically she took medication, the Ipill, and it has some side effects.

No, that means it's unlikely. There is always a chance of pregnancy Anish. If she has a NORMAL period then it is very unlikely she's pregnant but again, we can't say with 100% certainty that she's "not pregnant." Sorry, that is just the risk you take when you have sex, protected or not.

Cramping is normal after using an emergency contraceptive.

Her next several cycles can be off schedule Anish. It's a common side effect of an emergency contraceptive.

Do we call that as spotting? Is it fine? Is she pregnant?

It does not mean she is pregnant. No, it is not spotting, spotting is very light bleeding - no pad or anything needed.

Her periods has stopped! She told it was very little amount of blood was seen! The thing was she consumed an ipill thinking that her periods should get normal! Her periods got over on 17th and on 24 or 25th she consumed.. so she got her periods soon compared to all other time! That's right after 18 days !

Another Ipill won't help her period return to normal. If anything it would increase the likelihood of the side effects increasing - meaning more late periods.
