well i m really scared.i had unprotected sex with somebody.i hadnt had sex for 4 months.well it lasted a long time and many times.the pain n i saw breaks in the skin on the head of the penis the same day.i have pain when i urinate.burning sensation and now on the 5the day i have noticed constant whitish yellow discharge.Ive also started getting slight pain in the right side of my abdomen.Now im really scared and want to know what r the most likely STD that i have contracted.Also are there any home remedies or off counter drugs that i can use. Also how long on medicines does it generally take for curing ? Im really nervous and cant speak abt it to anybody. Also my one night stand partner had bleeding the next day. She is unaware of my condition and dont want her to feel bad or guilty but will tell it to her because it looks like she hasnt experienced any symptoms except the bleeding and soreness and that too the next day.

seems to me like you have caught yourself some type of STD, most of them are curable if treated soon,so dont worry! go to a local health department and get a test done, then they will presceibe you something to take care of it.
