my boyfriend and i had unpertected sex on day 17 of my 31 days cycle and he didn't pull out. Then the other day which was day 26 of my cycle (9 days after unpertected sex) i noticed very light red bleeding after going to the bathroom and wiping. I thought i was going to start my period early but scents that one time i haven't bleed (not even a little) and im now on day 28 of my 31 day cycle. could the light blood after wiping been implantation bleeding? what are the chances im pregnant? how long should i wait to take a home preg test if i dont get my period on day 31?

Hi honey, the chances of you having the implantation bleeding are quite high. So it will be 14 days since your unprotected sex, this SHOULD be enough time for the test too be accurate. IF it comes out negative, wait another week. EVEN IF you get your period, it dosn't really mean that you are not in the clear. So wait 3 more days, take a test, then see what happens. The HCG levels need too be high enough for the test too pick up your pregnancy levels. Good luck hon1

This is my first time posting and I'm having a similar problem. If anyone could help that would be great!
Here's the story.....
Normally my periods do not come until 35 days or more. I have always been irregular and I have always had HEAVY HEAVY bleeding from day one of the period. This month my period (or what I think is a period) came around 28 days. Which never happens! I can't even remember the last time that I had that happen. I had no cramps or any clue that it was going to happen. Normally I'm doubled over with cramps and I take high dosage of tylenol to get rid of them. Also, for the first 3 to 4 days it was so light. I didn't wear a tampon or a pad. It only showed up some light pink and brown spots when I wiped. But then this afternoon the bleeding picked up a bit and I had a few cramps (very slight) and maybe clots? I wouldn't really call them clots they were so tiny, but anyways. :D Now it is practically non existant again. I don't know what to do. I called the clinic and they said take a pregnancy test, but I don't want to waste the money on one if this is just a period. Also, my mother had really low HCG levels with all 3 of her pregnancy's. It took a blood test at 4 months to determine she was pregnant.
So...if anyone can give me any advice.....PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi Amber: I can help you out here. OK 1st things 1st - when was your last period? 2 - when did you have unprotected sex (dates) - 3 - when was this last spotting/light period? I can give you a pretty good guess with this info OK?
