I just recently switched birth controls, well it was like two and a half weeks ago.. but the day after i got the new perscription my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex accidntally.. and i'm scared that i may be pregnant. I've been spotting randomly for about a week or so.. and it's been, like i said, two and a half weeks since we had sex.. I know that it's highly unlikely that i'll get pregant while on the pill.. but I was kinda wondering if the change meant i needed to wait another week.. He pulled out but i didn't feel anything on me or see anything on my underwear.. I realize ovulation is only 2-3 days a month, right in the middle of the cycle.. but i also know that sperm can live in my uterus for a week.. the only symptoms i'm having are spotting and occasional cramps..

Should I have waited a week to have sex with him? is there more of a possibility that I am pregnant because i didn't wait? I'm really scared.. cuz i'm not ready to have a kid.. i'm only 17!! i know i made a mistake and my bf and i have decided that's not going to happen again... we're both really scared.. please someone help me!
