it was 25 march 2006 , at first i was affected by hepatytis. arter 25 days i was overcome from hepatytis. then i was affected by chiken pox. after some days , at night my sex is very high . after 2 days i saw my left testis is some bigger than right testis. then i go to doctor for good treatment. But doctor advice me that this is not a problem for sex and not suitable for operation now. i do not operation still now. i have no pain though my left testis is bigger than right testis. Now (02-01-2008) i realise that my sex is decreasing and penis is smaller day by day . i am unmarried.

If I understand your broken English, you are saying that you have different sized testes (not unusual) and that your penis appears to be shrinking.
You think this is related to a varicocele, but you have no pain.
It doesn't appear to affect your life or your sexual habits.
If this is all correct, I wouldn't worry.
If you are troubled by this, return to your doctor and insist that he explain in plain terms what is going on and what your options are. You DO NOT HAVE to have an operation if you have a varicocele, unless you are trying to improve fertility or eliminate pain.

PS: A Penis does not shrink day by day. We add weight, which makes it look smaller... IF a penis WAS shrinking this way, it would require a visit to a doctor to confirm and to treat with hormones.

I really think that shrinking of penis does exist and happens it could hurt a man's self steam so is very important to treat. However, you are correct in the way that he needs to explain the underlying reason or main concern. I also suffer from on/off pain in my left testicle; I went to the doctor for the first time yesterday after years of having pain and the doctor prescribed some anti-inflammatory meds. I also suffer cramps when reaching the climax; instead I get a cramp like pain which stop me from reaching the orgasm.
