Very intense side effect from Seroquel. I feel so heavy after taking it that I need to lay down

I have been on seroquel fro 3 months 300mg. I take it at night and when i do about an hour later i feel soo heavy i have to lay down, i cant even get my arm under my pillow for comfort im so heavy. Its like someone put rocks in me all over its so hard to move my legs and arms and my lower back. corse it does absolutely nothing for my mental health except knock me out before i sleep. And i wake up grumpy but half hour after waking up i feel better. Its horrible drug in my opinion. but im on a LRA so i have to follow doctors orders. what a dumb doctor.
