Weight loss after birth control ?? I went on Mononessa three months ago, and since then I have gained 15lbs. I have always eaten healthy and work out everyday. I count my calories and I eat 1200 a day. I've researched and one of the main side effects of my BC was weight gain. I have also read that the weight comes off after stopping it. If anyone could share their experiences with coming off BC and weight loss it would be very appreciated!!! and if you have lost weight coming off, how long did it take ? thank you so much !
