I never seem to have a orgasim. What can i do to have one, or is their a drug, exercise, that can help me. My husband feels inadaquate, i am on a hormone replacement drug. Would this hinder my having one, plus i am over 50 years of age, but i still love having sex.

There's a great book called "Sex for One" by Betty Dotson. It has several great tips on how to relax and get the most out of the stimulation.

Although you want a better experience with your husband, this book can help you get into it.

I doubt that hormone replacement will be a factor in this, but you should ask your doctor.

I think your last line is the best point.
"I am over 50 years of age, but I still love having sex."

Make sure your husband knows that. It sounds like you're usually happy with him.

Another book that HE might be interested in reading is "She Comes First" which emphasizes the need for knowledge of a woman's genitals, but also makes specific instructions on how to perform Oral Sex. That may or may not be your cup of tea, but the insight the book provides may be helpful to him. But don't force it on him. Perhaps you can have a copy laying around or mention that you're going to pick up a couple of books for the two of you to share.

Good luck.
