All of these will have some drawings or diagram to help you. They also will guide you on how to use a flashlight, mirror and the privacy of your bedroom or bathroom to find your body parts.

You may also want to schedule an appointment with your OBGYN to ask if you are "open" for sex. A very few women have
tough hymen that need hellp to be snipped or openned up. But you would need a medical person's assistance if this is the case.
