The right side of my sternum has been swollen for about a month. From the middle of my sternum up to my manubrium it is swollen only on one side. Most of the time, it is tender to touch, however it doesn't hurt when I breath or when I move in any way. Except for when I push my rib cage out in front of me. Then it feels almost like it is bruised. I have not lost any weight, I have a good appetite, and I haven't had any other concerning symptoms. The only thing I can think of that would have caused this is all the heavy lifting I have been doing. I have been doing much more than usual lately. I am wondering if this could be tietzes syndrome? I'm not able to go to the doctor, so any answers would be much appreciated.
