whats up with this predisone

:'( for months now my boyfriend who has bad asthma has been given predisone by his doctors wich is all well and good as far as they are concerned. my concern is that doctors dont tell those who seek help about the REAL side effects. I began to notice as his dose would increas that his moods wld change. this i new off but its whar came along next that floored me. his moodswings became so intense that i was able to tell when he was on it and when he wasnot. Let me tell yuou the HELL ive gone thru these last few yrs has been almpst unbearable.One wld thinki was insane for staying with him and BELIEVE me i have packed ready 2 leave MANY times.he becomes a totally differnt person on this stuff. Violent agressive,verbally out of controll. At times i fear he may hurt me very badly due to this mess he taked. I thought i was all alone and nobody wld ever belive what i had to tell them untill last year I made a freiend' She noticed that my moods came and went and asked me if my relationship was having prroblems.No sooner did I say asthma and Predi and before i finished seh repliesd with a simple hug and an I no what ur going thru. I felt so relieved for that fw moments that I wasnt alone. WHY IS THIS STUFF still being used for treatment and why dont more folks share about the evil it brings. Mabey the think its thier imagination likie i used to. we need to get this stuff off the market or have it remade so whatever takesa over our loved ones personalaties during thier treatment is REMOVED
