You can wait around when no one is home and then do it. or while in the shower but don't be too loud or people may be suspicious.
or you could complain to your parents about privacy as you are going through allot of sexual changes and i don't know this but if you have periods regularly that's more of an excuse. Just try to get your own room or something.
