When I get out of the bath or stand up to fast my eye sight goes black, I get dizzy, my body tingles and shakes. What does this mean?

It's likely "positional hypotension." When you stand up fast your blood pressure drops and you get dizzy or lose your eyesight.
See your doctor. They'll start by checking your blood pressure.
It can indicate other problems as well including anemia.
