Hi, for the past 6-7 months I have had this thing where each time I stand up I go very dizzy and my sight goes black and blurry I can feel myself shaking but there's nothing I can do about it also I can't here very we'll and then I fall to the ground but there's nothing I can do to stop myself I just fall this lasts for a few 20-30 seconds before I can get back up and when I do get back up I am struggling to walk normally and I have a headache what could it be?
