I am 17 years old and sometimes when I stretch when I stand up or at my desk, my forehead instantly gets a sharp poke. I also feel a little numb when this happens, but it feels like that feeling when your leg falls asleep. And very rarely, I black out. I had to have my friend wake me up when this happened. Should I go to a doctor? Or is this normal?

Hi Ow,
Yes you should see your doctor.
You appear to have a form of orthostatic hypotension. Basically, when you stand up your blood pressure drops, you feel "numb" and even faint.
Normally the body can compensate.
You could be dehydrated some but it can indicate other problems.
Play it safe, get it checked.
Good luck.
