I am not the original poster but I have the same problem - was directed here after an online search. Basically, my penis feels weird internally for a lot of the time, but nothing painful, just a lackluster kind of sensation. Its only when I get an erection that the top half of my penis stings, preventing me from sustaining the erection. I also notice the penis hole to be slightly reddish at times and extremely sensitive - too, but the stinging I feel seems to be more internally.
Any guesses what this could be? I'm a young man and still a haven't had sex, so it can't be an STD.
