Hello Anonymous1,
If you never had an itchy vagina before and all of a sudden you have one one week after unprotected sex, my guess would be an STD. You stated you were in a hospital bed, what tests did they run on you? Once you contract an STD it doesn't go away and every time you have unprotected sex with someone you are giving them the STD. Not all STD's show symptoms in males just like not all STD's show symptoms in females. A female can have an STD and never know it and everytime she has unprotected sex with a man she can pass it on and the male will show symptoms. It works the same for a man. A male can be a carrier and never know it and everytime he has unprotected sex with a female she will have symptoms. If your boyfriend doesn't know he has an STD, how will you be able to know? If you can't talk to yoru parents, is their an Aunt or older cousin you can ask to take you to see a doctor. You need to get tested. They will take a skin scraping or some of your blood and will do a few lab tests and possibly look under a microscope to see what you have. Then you will need to be prescribed medications, medications you can only get from a doctor. If you refuse to see a doctor, then you are putting yourself at risk.
It could also be a yeast infection. Yeast infections can be passed between male and female partners. You still need to see a doctor to get a prescription. Have you talked with your boyfriend about this? If you truly love him, then you would want to keep him safe and not do him any harm. Most partners would not appreciate being left in the dark about something as serious as this. If I were you, I would go see the doctor immediately and find out wat I have and if it turns out to be an STD then I would tell my partner. Most likely you would have contracted it from him and he will need to be treated.
