I am a 23 year old male. I first started to get erections at the age of 12 and began to masturbate at around the same age and have continued to do so from time to time. A few months ago both my testicles began to really hurt and the area above my penis also began to hurt. The best way I can describe the feeling would be like an inflated balloon. I have found that masturbation eliminated the problem although if I go a few days without masturbating the problem returns.
Last night I was with my new girlfriend about to have sex for the first time. I had not masturbated for a couple of days. I could only keep my penis hard for a few minutes before loosing my erection and not long after my testicles and the area over my penis again began to hurt. I was unable to gain another erection possibly as a result of embarrassment and the painful sensation. I have since masturbated and the pain has now gone.
Is there any advice anyone can offer to aid in both maintaining my erections and preventing the pains.
Any helpful advice very much appreciated.

This is a very curious mixture of signals.
I would check with a medical doctor first.
There is a condition that is crudely referred to as "blue balls"...which refers to the ache of extended sexual excitment without relief. Some have described this as an ache in the testicles, but it is not unmanagable.
You say that the pain leaves after masterbating. That may be a good sign, but I still think this needs to be discussed with a medical professional.

Homeopathy is proven to be w/out a doubt absolutely useless and nothing more than a scam. Do not use it. It is only sugarwater at best.
