Is the stinging when she goes to pee? It could be from being rubbed too much without enough lubrication. That might also explain the spotting... and the deep penetration ? ... I dunno, I'm by no means an expert, just an idea...

Could be an infection. But I've also experienced some stinging when I pee after sex as well. So I do not think it is too unusual. I believe it can be caused by not enough lubrication to the point that she is rubbed raw. This could also explain the bleeding. I'd say take it a bit easier and see if it helps.

Well, I don't think it's an STD. And she is pretty darn 'wet' down there after I get inside her. But if it is the lubrication problem, what is the best lube to use? I've tried KY original, but it dries so fast. Thanks for all your help. Any other suggestions?
