Okay I'm 18 years old and it's kind I ridiculous that I don't understand this considering iv been having my period for 6 Years now. I know what a period is, and how it lasts for around 5 to 7 days and all that stuff. What I don't understand is what a menstural cycle is, iv hears that it lasts 28 days or something like that, but how do you know? Is it after or before you start your period? When is the safest time to have sex.. I know that I should know these things.. But I just never learned them. Can someone explain it to me?
